Environmental, Social & Governance
Our commitment to environmental, social, and governance goals is built around our ability to give back, focusing on supporting our colleagues, communities, and customers. Being socially responsible and ethical matters to us, and in 2025, we are working in particular on the social segment of our strategy and focusing on giving back. To help us with this, we have partnered with OnHand, a volunteering employee all-in-one engagement tool for local volunteering and climate action.
We also recognise that our branches contribute to global climate change, and as we grow as a business, our environmental impact will also grow. We are now tracking our CO2e savings and their impact company-wide and focusing on improving this. Fighting the climate crisis is important to our customers, our communities, and our colleagues, and we want to hold ourselves to a standard that we can all be proud of.
Learning & Development
At Evlo, our people come first. Personal and professional development is always one of our top business priorities, and we do our best to support each individual in their career journey.
Our 6-week academy training programme with our specialist coaching team aims to provide you with award-winning training to set you up to be successful in your role. For those in support functions, there is also access to our apprenticeship scheme and the opportunity to gain professional qualifications in certain job roles.
