Debs joined Evlo as Chief Operating Officer in January 2025. Debs has over 30 years of experience in the financial industry, with a focus on customer operations and management. Beginning her early career as a Branch Manager at Halifax and then working with the team at Cabot Credit Management, first as Head of Customer Operations and then as Customer Operations Director, driving team performance and business outcomes. More recently as Customer Operations Director at Vanquis Banking Group looking after their group operations in the UK and overseas.

Deb is also a mum of four children and has balanced growing her career and bringing up a family, experiencing all the same challenges and successes that all working parents have. With a particular passion for developing people, she has also gained qualifications as an executive coach. Debs really passion is for our customers and helping connect our people and our customers together to achieve great outcomes.
